Cross Country Teams Advance to Semi-State

It was another exciting morning for both cross country teams as they both advanced to semi-State next weekend at Brown County. The girls finished 4th to qualify for next weekend. Volleyball Season Finishes Strong

Volleyball’s season came to an end Saturday with a loss to the eventual sectional champion Brownsburg. They made it to the semi-finals of the sectional with an impressive 3-0 win over Decatur Central. The Braves finished the season with a 22-10 record. Boys Soccer Season Ends

On Saturday, the boys soccer season came to an end in the regional championship game. In the morning, the boys played hard, beating Columbus East, 2-1.  They got goals from Brock Barger and Ashton Hayne. Boys/Girls Cross Country Advance to Regional

Last Saturday at Lavern Gibson, girls (2nd) and boys (3rd) cross country teams advanced to this weekend’s cross country regional at Bedford North Lawrence. The girls team finished behind Northview, while the boys were behind Northview and Terre Haute North. The individual highlight for the Braves was Junior Matt Gambill who won the boys race.
